
Lebanese University students shine at the "Golden Word of the Francophonie 2023”
Daniella Chedid, student at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Branch 2), won the first prize of the contest "Golden Word of the Francophonie 2023", organized by the AUF - Middle East, in partnership with the association "Actions to Promote Business French" (APFA).
Rim Hamze, a student at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 3), won the second prize, and Maroun Abi Zeid, a student at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (French Section) won the third prize.
By winning the first prize of the contest, Daniella won a trip to Paris to participate in the 34th Business French Days and Golden Words of the Francophonie, in March 2024.
It is noteworthy that the contest aims to promote business French to young students under 27 years of age, and also to young professionals under 40 years of age. It was created in 1988 by the APFA association.
