The FMS celebrates the graduation of its batch of 2024–2025
The Faculty of Medical Sciences celebrated the graduation of a new batch of students (2024–2025) in the presence of President Bassam Badran, the Minister of Public Health, Dr. Rakan Nassereddine, the President of the Lebanese Order of Physicians, Dr. Elias Chelala, the head of Hospital Owners' Union, Dr. Boutros Yared, and the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Saada Alame, in addition to a number of former deans, faculty members, and parents of graduates.
The ceremony began with a welcome speech and a speech by the graduates, followed by a speech by Dean Alame, who highlighted the excellence of the Faculty of Medical Sciences graduates in local and international research conferences and in the field of medicine.
President Badran delivered a speech in which he pointed out that every graduation ceremony confirms the importance and magnitude of the role played by the Lebanese University in shaping the future of the country and proves once again that, as a national institution, it continues to thrive and excel despite all the challenges it faces.
President Badran pointed out that the Faculty of Medical Sciences has established its position in Lebanon and the world through its elite graduates who have proven their excellence wherever they go, as confirmed by the QS ranking for 2026.
