Seminar on “Knowledge Economy” at the FEBA - Branch 6
The Faculty of Economics & Business Administration – Branch 6 organized a seminar on “Knowledge Economy”, presented by Dr. Lara Macaron.
The seminar addressed the definition of “knowledge economy” and its importance in contemporary economic systems through real-life examples of advanced technology companies. It also focused on the difference between invention and innovation and how to create value when transforming ideas into applicable solutions.
Dr. Macaron emphasized that unemployment could provide time, effort, and space that can be invested in research and experimentation to innovate solutions that address societal problems.
