The Faculty of Engineering wins the “ASCE Award” for 2020 Community Activities
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) selected the section of the club at the Faculty of Engineering among the university clubs which won the award of activities recorded in its 2020 annual report.
In the letter received on 26 March 2021 by Dr. Elie Awwad (Club Supervisor), ASCE valued the exemplary service provided by ASCE students at the Faculty of Engineering to their community.
ASCE had chosen student Gaelle Ghanem from the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 2 – 5th year Civil Engineering) as one of the ten new faces for the year 2021 in civil engineering.
