The Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 3) won the prize for the best legal score in the 7th edition of the “Arabic Moot Court Competition”, organized from 10-13 February 2021, by Sultan Qaboos University, in the Sultanate of Oman, in cooperation with Kuwait International Law School.

In the online competition, 14 teams from different Arab universities and law schools competed to resolve disputes related to maritime boundaries, liability for damages and compensation.

The competition aims to create a competitive spirit among students, to refine and develop the skills necessary to prepare legal memoranda, and to present oral arguments before juries composed of eminent legal personalities.

It is worth mentioning that the Faculty branch had hosted the 6th edition of the competition in 2019 and ranked second.
