The LU needs specialists in educational administration for secondary school and public-school principals
Announcement of the need for specialists for the preparatory course in educational administration for secondary school and public-school principals:
Conducting a preparatory course in educational administration for secondary school and public-school principals who have been accepted into the faculty, including in-person and online training for seven training units, in addition to asynchronous training and a school improvement project (SIP) prepared by the trainee principal.
Candidates for teaching the training units should hold a PhD in educational administration, educational supervision, educational technology, and law (educational legislation), with teaching experience in these specializations. It should be noted that these units will be taught exclusively in Arabic.
Candidates for the position of School Improvement Project (SIP) Coordinator should have at least a master's degree and professional experience in one of the above-mentioned fields. Please note that the interview will be conducted in Arabic only and according to specific criteria.
Applications from candidates from within and outside the faculty to take on the tasks mentioned in items 2 and 3 will be accepted from Monday, 29 September 2025, until Monday, 6 October 2025, inclusive, from 9 am to 1 pm, at the Deanship of the Faculty of Pedagogy in Furn El Chebbak.
All candidates should attach their CV (in Arabic, French, or English) to their application.
Applications from candidates within and outside the Faculty of Pedagogy (applications and CVs) by a scientific committee from the faculty. This committee conducts oral interviews with candidates from outside the Faculty of Pedagogy who have not previously participated in courses organized by the faculty. Accepted candidates will be announced no later than Friday, 10 October 2025.
