The Faculty of Pharmacy provides graduates with an experienced knowledge of medicinal and therapeutic properties of drugs and drug formulations for the treatment of diseases. The Faculty grants a Doctorate Degree in practicing pharmacy and a professional and research master’s degrees in various pharmaceutical specializations.

Major description
The duration of this diploma is five years, including the preparatory year in the Faculty of Science. The student may choose a specific path in Y5 and Y6 within Hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical management.

Requirements
General + special conditions:
- Succeeding in all Y1 courses in the Faculty of Science - Lebanese University with an average of 12/20, or succeed in all Y1 courses in the Faculty of Pharmacy from another university with an average of 14/20
- Succeeding in the Competitive Entrance Exam (CEE) (Provided the candidate has not applied more than twice)
- An exceptional CEE for Y3 may be held for students who have completed Y2 in the Faculty of Pharmacy in another recognized university with an average of at least 14/20
