Scientific Qualifications

PhD in Philosophy/Personalist Philosophy from the Paris Nanterre University in 1972;
Master and Bachelor in Philosophy from the Faculty of Arts in Grenoble - France;
Diploma in Piano Soloist from the German Conservatory (Bergrun).

Professional Career

Contributed to the founding of the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1960, and Director between 1960-1962;
Lecturer of philosophy at the Lebanese University, the American University of Beirut (AUB), Saint Joseph University (USJ), and a number of French universities;
Appointed Associate Director of the UNESCO Center for Educational Design in the Arab States between 1961-1964;
Appointed Associate Director and Director of the Department of Philosophy at UNESCO - Paris for several years;
Organized UNESCO international conferences and participated in seminars in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Italy;
Visiting Professor four times to Laval University in Quebec/Canada;
Author of a collection of books;

Died in 2003.
