Born in Aynata - South Lebanon, 1978

Scientific Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University - Paris 6 in 2004.
Master in Computer Networks from Pierre and Marie Curie University - Paris 6 in 2001.
Diploma in Computer Communication Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the Lebanese University in 2000.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 3) of the Lebanese University since 2008.
Holder of the rank of Professor in 2011.
Director of the Center of Scientific & Engineering Research at the Faculty of Engineering since 2021.
Coordinator of the Research Master’s in Internet Networks at the Faculty of Engineering since 2012.
Coordinator of the Special Committee for the Accreditation of Engineering Programs in the Faculty of Engineering.
Supervisor and rapporteur of PhD dissertations, master theses and diplomas for students of the Faculty of Engineering.
Participated in several European projects, CEDRE project, and LU funded projects.
Member of the Order of Engineers & Architects - Beirut.
R&D Engineer at France Telecom division between 2005-2008.
Peer-reviewed expert in international referred scientific journals and participated in the organization of a number of international scientific conferences.
Author of three patents and +100 research published in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and local and international conferences.
