PhD in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1992;
Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering from the Luhansk Engineering Institute in 1989.

Professional Career

Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 3) in 1994;
Holder of the title of Professor in 2023;
Director of the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 3) since March 2024;
Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Quebec at Rimouski between 2008-2011 and 2020-2023;
Consultant to the Lebanese Ministry of Energy on preparing specifications for the production of Wind Atlas in Lebanon/April 2006;
Participated in the completion of a number of engineering and environmental projects with a number of local and international universities, institutions and laboratories;
Author of research published in French in peer-reviewed international journals related to renewable energy, energy conservation and saving, micro and smart grids, sensors and electrical machines.
