Diploma in Informatics & Law from the University of Montpellier (1), France in 2001;
BA in Law from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 2000.

Professional Career

Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 5) in 2005;
Promoted to the rank of Professor in 2016;
Headed the Legal Informatics Center at the Lebanese University between 2016-2019, and then was assigned to head it again as of March 2024;
Member of the Scientific Council of the Doctoral School of Law, Political, Administrative & Economic Sciences/Lebanese University since 2020;
Head of the Private Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 5) between 2008-2015;
Supervisor and rapporteur of several PhD dissertations and master theses in Lebanon and France;
Accredited expert at the Arab Center for Legal & Judicial Research at the League of Arab States;
Member of the editorial board of the journal “Arab Researcher” issued by the Arab Center for Legal and Judicial Research in the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice;
Volunteer participant in the Lebanese National Cybersecurity Strategy Task Force - Lebanon in 2019;
Author of papers published in Arabic and French in international peer-reviewed journals related to legal informatics.
