Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1998.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences – Branch 5 in 2007.
Holder of the rank of professor in 2018.
Director of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences – Branch 5 between 2018-2021 and re-assigned Director as of 8 October 2025.
Head of the Public Law Department at the FLPAS – Branch 5 between 2021-2025.
Member of the Public Law Committee for the arbitration of research papers published in the Law Journal issued by the FLPAS between 2019-2022.
Member of the editorial board of the Law Journal published by the FLPAS in 2023.
Former lecturer at Beirut Arab University and the National Institute of Administration (ENA LIBAN).
Financial Controller in a number of public institutions and headed the Tax Department at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance between 2007-2014.
Author of research papers published in Arabic on public finance, taxation, and public administration.
