  • Merit in Family Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences in 1979.
  • Teaching Bachelor Degree in History & Archeology from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1977.
  • Teaching Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences from the Institute of Social Sciences in 1974.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Institute of Social Sciences in 1992.
  • Director of the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 3) between 2007-2014.
  • Supervisor and rapporteur of PhD dissertations and master theses at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences and the Institute of Social Sciences.
  • Member of the Lebanese Writers Union.
  • Member of the Sociological Arab Association.
  • Member of the Administrative Board of the North Lebanon Cultural Council.
  • Author of dozens of published literature and research papers.
  • Awarded several shields and letters of appreciation from various cultural and academic centers.
