  • PhD in Applied Mathematics to Humanities from Paris IV Sorbonne University in 2012.
  • Diploma in Advanced Studies in Linguistics from Lumière Lyon 2 University in 2008.
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics & Communication from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences at the Lebanese University in 2006.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences in 2012.
  • Director of the Center for Language & Communication Sciences at the FLHS between 2016-2019.
  • Head of Technology & Informatics Department at the CLCS between 2021-2024.
  • Member of the DiLiS project at the University of Lisbon between 2019-2020.
  • Member of the ARADIC-Monde Arabe scientific committee.
  • Rapporteur for the Curriculum Renewal Committee for Linguistics at the Lebanese University.
  • Supervisor and rapporteur for dozens of master's theses and doctoral dissertations at the Lebanese University.
  • Author of a number of research papers in Arabic, French, and English on linguistics and computational linguistics.
