  • Master of Advanced Study in Legal Informatics & Informatics Law from Montpellier 1 University, France in 2000;
  • Merit in Law from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1998.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Information at the Lebanese University in 2007;
  • Director of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 5) at the Lebanese University since 2021;
  • Member of the Committee for Accepting Master Theses in Private Law - Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University between 2015 and 2019;
  • Teaching Staff Representative at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 5) and member of the Faculty Council between 2015 and 2019;
  • Member of the Editorial Board for Private Law in the peer-reviewed journal of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University since 2019;
  • Supervisor and discussant of many PhD dissertations and master's theses at the Lebanese University, Jinan University, Islamic University of Lebanon and University of Jazeera, Dubai;
  • Lecturer in international humanitarian law at the René Cassin - International Institute of Human Rights, Strasbourg between 2013 and 2019;
  • Participant in a train the trainers (TOT) course on international humanitarian law in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the League of Arab States in 2015;
  • Co-prepared the law proposal on the Currency Board submitted to the Lebanese Parliament on 25 June 2020;
  • Author of many research, studies and seminars related to the Lebanese Evidence Law to face the challenges of information technology, Lebanese Commercial Law, Arbitration in Lebanese Law, classification of conflicts in international humanitarian law, methods for confronting the impact of Coronavirus on civil and commercial contractual relations, study on Lebanese and French laws, etc.
