Born in Ghobeyri, in 1943

 

Scientific Qualifications

  • PhD in Law from the University of Madrid - Spain, in 1975;
  • Master in Law from the University of Madrid - Spain;
  • Bachelor's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the Faculty of Law and Political and Administrative Sciences (FLPAS) of the Lebanese University (LU).

Professional Career

  • Teacher-researcher at the Faculty of Information (FI) - Branch 1 of the Lebanese University, between 1981 and 1988;
  • Teacher at the FLPAS, between 1977 and 2008;
  • During his first year at the head of FI, the number of graduates reached 85 (38 in the department of journalism and news agencies, 24 in the department of advertising and public relations and 23 in the department of documentation).
