Scientific Qualifications

  • PhD in Literature/Literary Criticism & Comparative Studies from France in 1980;
  • Master in Byzantine History from France in 1976.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1981;
  • Director of the Faculty of Information (Branch 1) between 1988-1991 and between 1994-1996;
  • Member of the Civil Service Council in Lebanon for years;
  • Author of a collection of books and research papers in Arabic and French.
