The Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences provides the public and private sectors in Lebanon with legal and administrative human resources. The Faculty concludes scientific exchange agreements with European and Arab universities and internal agreements with renowned organizations such as the Lebanese Army.
This master's program is intended for students who wish to pursue careers as business law experts, in-house counsel or business lawyers in companies, banking institutions and consulting firms.
It offers students a specialized training to acquire technical legal skills thanks to the comparative law approach (French, European and Lebanese Business Law) including corporate law, finance law, contract law, distribution law, commercial law, distressed companies’ law, etc.

General conditions + special conditions:
- Holding a law degree or its equivalent, with a general average of at least 11/20 for students of the Lebanese University or Saint Joseph University of Beirut, and 14/20 for students from other institutions.
- Completing the first year of the Master's degree in Law or a parallel specialization at the Lebanese University or other institutions, on condition of accumulating at least 48 credits (ECTS).
- All candidates are subject to an oral interview and a written test in French.
- File study, including achievements and motivation letter.
