Decision No. 2218 delegating the authority to negotiate with international donors

President Fouad Ayoub delegated on 19 October 2021, to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Bassam Badran, the authority to follow-up on all tasks related to international relations and talks with donors, namely with the World Bank to support the steadfastness of the university.
