Decision No. 2138 on the collection of registration fees for foreign and Arab students in US dollars

President Fouad Ayoub issued Decision No. 2138 on 7 October 2021 stipulating that the Lebanese University will collect the fees required in accordance with the laws and regulations, from foreign and Arab students in the bachelor, postgraduate and doctoral studies in US dollars, according to the official exchange rate.
Such fees shall be transferred directly to the account of the Lebanese University in US dollars at the Central Bank under No. IBAN LB09 0999 0000 0001 0027 605 1214, and Palestinian and Syrian students residing in Lebanon shall be excluded from the provisions of this decision.
