The assignment of Dr. Yousef Kafrouni as Director of the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 3) is canceled upon his request.

Article 2

Dr. Atef Jamil Attieh (full-time contractor) is assigned as the Director of the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 3).

Article 3

This decision shall be communicated where needed.
