In order to ensure the best possible conditions for Lebanese University students to complete the 2018-2019 academic year, all Faculty Deans, Branch Directors, and Center Directors are requested to provide all possible facilities to professors (full-time and part-time) so that they can complete the second semester programs (courses and quotas) as quickly as possible, teaching on Saturdays if necessary, and adopting a rotation system for staff (permanent, contract, and trainers) on Fridays and Saturdays.
The Central Administration – General Secretariat – is also requested to submit, within a maximum period of five days from the date of this circular, a timetable indicating the period required to complete the lessons and conduct the exams so that the University Presidency can address any gaps, if any.
