The summer vacation for all faculties, branches, and centers and the Central Administration for the academic year 2018-2019 shall be from the morning of Thursday, 1 August 2019, until the evening of Sunday, 1 September 2019.
Every Tuesday shall be designated as a working day, with staff working on a rotating basis.
Faculties, branches, and centers that need to continue working during the first half of the summer vacation to complete the academic year may obtain approval from the university presidency.
Teaching staff and university employees are allowed to travel during this vacation, provided that they take into account the exceptional working conditions of some faculties, branches, and centers in terms of completing everything necessary to finish the academic year, such as exams, grading, and issuing results.
