Circular No. 27 Draft reconciliation contracts for hourly-paid lecturers for the academic year 2018-2019

All university faculties, branches, and centers are requested to prepare draft reconciliation contracts for hours worked by hourly-paid lecturers for the academic year 2018-2019 and submit them to the Central Administration within two weeks of this date, observing the following notes:

1- Separate reconciliation contracts exceeding 15 million Lebanese pounds from other contracts.

2- Include all required documents and supporting documents.

3- The University Presidency will refrain from accepting individual reconciliation contracts.
