Circular No. 17: Developing competencies and improving digital skills through e-learning

Given the conditions underwent today due to the Coronavirus pandemic, whereas e-learning is the best option for training and development, and in an attempt to benefit from confinement and the time spent at home, and with the aim of developing competencies and improving digital skills, the Lebanese University administration invites employees and administrators in the faculties, branches, centers and institutes to benefit from the service provided by the Ministry of State For Administrative Development to all public sector employees through “OMSAR E-Learning Portal”.

The electronic library of the Ministry offers Arabic language courses specially developed for the public sector, as well as a large number of certificates in management, leadership, MS Office and others.

For those wishing to register on the portal, please fill in the form on

https://forms.gle/dBnnzAem5aqJY97p8 in order to send a list of names to the Ministry.
