ASME Club at the Faculty of Engineering - Branch 1 organized a seminar on "Entrepreneurship and Career Paths Before and After Graduation", presented by Engineer Wael Zmerly, lecturer at the faculty, president of the Union of Al-Fayhaa Municipalities, and founder of Zmerly Co.
The seminar discussed the key opportunities and challenges in the engineering job market and how to build a successful private project or career path after graduation. It also addressed the difference between traditional employment and entrepreneurship, the assessment of personal skills, and the identification of strengths before entering the market.
The seminar provided real-world case studies from Mr. Zmerly's experience in the business world and practical guidance that helped students gain a deeper understanding of the steps required to start a promising project or develop a strong career.
