Centre MINE: Seminar on “Practical Problem Solving”
Centre MINE organized an online seminar entitled “Practical Problem Solving”, presented by Mr. Roni Matar, a Neurolinguistic Coach.
The session presented a scientific and psychological approach to dealing with daily challenges, focusing on the crucial role of the human brain in shaping thought processes and decision-making.
Coach Matar explained the basic structure of the brain and the main functions of its different parts, highlighting how the brain coordinates with the human body and its impact on physical and mental responses that influence how individuals interact with different situations.
Coach Matar also emphasized the importance of developing a positive mindset and flexibility to overcome challenges by promoting constructive thinking patterns.
