As it is often difficult for Lebanese University students to secure the financial stamps required to complete their transactions, and in order to facilitate the completion of their transactions in a timely manner,
Accordingly, the financial stamp required for all certificates, statements, data, authentications, and certified copies issued by the units, branches, and centers of the Lebanese University can be paid by filling out the attached form (p. 14) and paying its value at the centers approved by the Ministry of Finance, including but not limited to (Libanpost, OMT, Whish), and the payment will be considered valid.
Lebanese University employees are required to stamp this receipt with the university stamp and indicate the date of receipt.
They are also required to write the phrase “Stamp duty paid according to receipt No. ..... on ......” on the relevant document.
