Circular No. 41 Submission of financial disclosure and interests in Lebanon and abroad

In implementation of Law No. 189 dated 16/10/2020 (Financial Disclosure and Interests and Punishment of Illicit Enrichment), Pursuant to Circular No. 39/2020 issued by the Prime Minister on 16/11/2020,

First: All members of the teaching staff (tenured and full-timers), the general secretary and the head of the Common Administrative Department, and all employees of the third category in the administrative and technical staff of the Lebanese University and the employees below the third category and those assigned to the tasks of the third category in addition to the workers, contractors and trainees (Contract Renewal and Reconciliation) assigned to the tasks of the third category, shall provide statements of financial disclosure and interests in Lebanon and abroad that belong to them, their spouses and their minor children, according to the attached form.

Second: The persons mentioned above are obligated to submit their statements to the university faculty in which they work within a maximum period of one week starting from the date of notification by the concerned faculty.

Third: The concerned faculty shall submit the statements to the University Presidency - the Common Administrative Department, within a maximum deadline of 5/1/2021.
