Article 1
A commission composed of the following persons is hereby established:
Dr. Marwan Mohieddine Kotob
Dr. Jassem Nematallah Ajaka
Dr. Issam Nemat Ismail
Dr. Wasim Mohamad Rammal
This commission is responsible for investigating suspicions of falsification and signing of exam papers by a number of Kuwaiti students and communicating the results of the investigation to the university presidency as soon as possible.
Article 2
The director of the aforementioned faculty department must facilitate the commission's work and provide it with all documents and exam papers, including grades, students' signatures upon entering the exam room, and any other information the commission may require.
Article 3
The committee shall summon any person it deems necessary to hear, and that person shall be required to appear before the central administration of the Lebanese University.
Article 4
This decision shall take effect upon its publication.
