Decision No. 48 Concerning the Appointment of Directors of Some University Branches

Article 1

The resignation of Dr. Adeeb Harb, Director of the Faculty of Letters - Branch 2 is accepted.

Article 2

Dr. Sassin Assaf is transferred from the Directorate of the Faculty of Education - Branch 2 to the Directorate of the Faculty of Letters - Branch 2.

Article 3

Each of the gentlemen listed below shall be appointed as the director of the branch mentioned in front of their names:

Dr. Ahmad Abu Haqa	FLHS – Branch 1
Dr. Ahmad Sidawi	FPe – Branch 1
Dr. Elie Kastoun	FPe – Branch 2
Dr. Najib Issa	ISS – Branch 1
Dr. Ahmed Al-Khansa	Faculty of Media & Documentation – Branch 1
Dr. Jean Charaf	Faculty of Media & Documentation – Branch 2
Eng. Dr. Mahmoud Fawaz	Institute of Fine Arts & Architecture - Branch 1
Dr. Talal Al-Qintar	Faculty of Business Administration - Branch 1

Article 4

Pending the determination of the conditions for entry into the staff of the Institute of Fine Arts, architect Georges Feghali is appointed director of the Institute of Fine Arts & Architecture - Branch 2.

Article 5

This decision shall be effective as of 1 September 1981 and shall be communicated where needed.
