Article 1
Mr. Saleh Mahdi Zeaiter (Sports Coach, File No. 23452) is assigned the task of managing the swimming pool at Rafic Hariri University Campus - Hadath, in addition to his primary duties in the Sports Activities Department.
Article 2
Mr. Saleh Zeaiter is responsible for the following tasks:
1- Setting the weekly schedule for the use of the swimming pool and submitting it to the Sports Activities Department.
2- Coordinating with private universities, the Lebanese Federation of Universities, sports clubs, sports associations, and security forces to organize the use of the swimming pool in accordance with the conditions set by the Sports Activities Department.
3- Informing the technical committee of any malfunction or negligence on the part of the company operating the swimming pool so that the necessary measures can be taken and the matter dealt with as quickly as possible.
4- All other tasks related to the management and operation of the swimming pool.
Article 3
Mr. Zeaiter works under the supervision of the Head of the Sports Department and the Technical Committee for the Organization of Sports Affairs at the Lebanese University.
Article 4
Mr. Zeaiter is assisted in his duties by sports coach Amira Yaghi Yaghi (File No. 20888) and sports coaches Dani Hassan Naanouh (File No. 22550) and Yazid Fawzi Boukhalil (File No. 23153), in addition to their primary duties in the Sports Department.
Article 5
Mr. Zeaiter shall submit a monthly report to the President of the University after presenting it to the Head of the Sports Department and the Technical Committee for the Organization of Sports Affairs at the University.
Article 6
This decision shall be communicated where necessary.
