Article 1

An Office of Inspection & Administrative Development shall be established at the Lebanese University, in accordance with Article 17, paragraph 16 of the Lebanese University bylaws.

Article 2

The Office is responsible for:

Inspection and oversight affairs at the administrative level. Its powers include all administrative and technical workers, who are not members of the teaching staff, in all university faculties and branches and the Central Administration.

Article 3

Dr. Anis Abi Farah, a member of the University Council, is assigned to head this office.

Article 4

Subsequent decrees shall specify the working process of the office, its powers, the administrative apparatus attached thereto, and the process and principles of inspection work.

Article 5

This decision shall be communicated as needed.
