Decree No. 4716 appointing Dr. Ibrahim Kobeissi as President of the Lebanese University

Article 1
Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Kobeissi, a tenured professor in the staff of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University, Fiscal No. 5/15, has been appointed President of the Lebanese University (vacant position), for a period of five years, without adjustment in grade and salary and while retaining the right of seniority qualifying for graduation.
Article 2
This decree shall be published and communicated where needed.
