Decree No. 5385 amending the conditions of affiliation to the Faculty of Agronomy

Article 1

In light of the results of the final exams for the first academic year, and within the maximum number specified in Article 27 of Decree 4521 dated 11/13/1981, the Faculty of Agronomy can hold an entrance competition for students who succeeded in the first year of the natural sciences or chemistry degree at the Faculty of Science at the Lebanese University, or hold equivalent courses determined by the Faculty of Agronomy Council for this purpose, and approved by the University.

Article 2

The special exam provided for in the previous article of this decree includes the following written subjects:

Subject	Average
Natural sciences	3
Mathematics	2
Physics	2
Chemistry	2

The questions in this competition are based on the content of the first-year curriculum at the Faculty of Science.

Article 3

All provisions that contradict the provisions of this decree or are inconsistent with its content, especially Articles 31, 32 and 33 contained in Decree No. 4521 dated 11/13/1981, shall be repealed.

Article 4

The Ministry of National Education and Fine Arts will present the matter to the Council of Ministers in its primary capacity and in accordance with Article 10 of Legislative Decree No. 122/1977.

Article 5

This decree shall be published and communicated where needed.
