Research Master in Mechanics
The graduates in the different fields of the Faculty of Engineering contribute to addressing engineering and social challenges through innovative solutions. The Faculty also provides consulting engineering services to public and private institutions, develops theoretical and applied educational programs, and supports research projects.
Description
This one-year program includes two tracks:
- Materials, Process and Technology of composites: Help students to understand concepts of new materials in industrial engineering. The main objective is the study of the formatting and the application environments with a particular analysis of the mechanical and structural characteristics, to provide solutions to problems encountered in materials during their selection, fabrication and service.
- Computational Mechanics: Help students in the research and development of new products in mechanical engineering, including virtual modeling, physical modeling, simulation and optimization. It aims for students to acquire skills of dealing with the use of mechanics, mathematics and numerical methods in modern engineering for structural calculation applications.
