Professional Master in Clinical Pharmacy

The Faculty of Pharmacy provides graduates with an experienced knowledge of medicinal and therapeutic properties of drugs and drug formulations for the treatment of diseases. The Faculty grants a Doctorate Degree in practicing pharmacy and a professional and research master’s degrees in various pharmaceutical specializations.

Description

This Master aims to enable students to acquire the basic principles of clinical pharmacy, and prepare pharmacists who are able to improve the quality of health care in clinical services. It also helps to develop practical skills in promoting the correct and appropriate use of drugs and reducing the risk of adverse events (side effects and medical errors).

General + special conditions:

  • Holding a degree in Pharmacy from the Lebanese University with an average of at least 12/20;

or

  • Holding a degree in Pharmacy from another university with an average of at least 14/20, provided that the theoretical courses are made equivalent with Y1 courses of this Master determined by the Faculty of Pharmacy;
  • Oral interview
