Scientific Qualifications

  • PhD in Economics & Business Administration/Water Management in the Middle East from Paris Dauphine University, France, in 1974;
  • Master in Economic Policies from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 1970;
  • Bachelor in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 1969.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Branch 2) of the Lebanese University in 1978;
  • Co-founder of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Branch 2) of the Lebanese University in 1978, and its first director between 1978 and 1980;
  • Lecturer of economics and business administration at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, and the University of La Sagesse;
  • Founder of Green Lebanon Club association for the protection of the environment and humans in 1998;
  • Founder of the Syndicate of Contractual Professors in Private Universities in 2013;
  • Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Pepinieres Et Roseraies" (PERA) Azzam between 1970 and 2002;
  • Author of published researches on water issues in the Middle East, economic planning to consolidate national immunity, monetary union in the GCC and its impact on Lebanon, etc.;
