- PhD in Media & Communication Sciences from Bordeaux 3 University, France in 1989;
- Postgraduate Diploma in Development Sociology from Bordeaux 2 University, France in 1981;
- BA in Public Relations from the Faculty of Information at the Lebanese University in 1980;
- Diploma in Training of Trainers from the International Center in Turin - Italy in 2003.
Professional Career
- Lecturer at the Faculty of Information (Branch 1) in 1984 until 2020;
- Director of the Faculty of Information (Branch 1) between 1991-1994;
- Head of the Department of Media & Communication between 2002-2005;
- Head of the Department of Media in the National Committee for Childhood between 1989-1990;
- Consultant in the Department of Information & Guidance at the Ministry of Defense between 1990-1991;
- Advisor in international organizations, including UNESCO;
- Author of a collection of research papers and translated works on media, communication, freedom of information and military communications;
- Participated in local and international conferences on media and communications development indicators, and in training courses on digital media ethics, public relations, freedom of expression, women and others.
