Decision No. 497 amending the regulations governing the university support funds

Article 1

In Article 4 of the University Support Fund regulations, the words “and spouses of Lebanese University employees” are added.

 

Article 2

The text of the third paragraph of Article 8 of the regulations of the University Support Fund is cancelled and replaced by the following text:

- Meetings of the Management Committee of the Support Fund shall be considered official when all its members are present, and approval of price moderation shall be unanimous. Members absent from meetings shall be required to justify their absence.

 

Article 3

The present decision will be communicated wherever necessary.
