Dates for academic department council elections at the Faculty of Science
The Dean of the Faculty of Science announces the dates for the elections of the academic department councils (department chair and board) and the representatives of the teaching staff in the five branches of the Faculty of Science, as follows:
The deadline for submitting applications is between 10-22 October 2025.
Election dates in all branches: Tuesday, 28 October 2025, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Final applications shall be submitted to the branch secretariat or to the director during official working hours.
The branch administration shall announce a list of accepted candidates after the deadline for submitting final applications.
The administrations of the five branches shall make the lists available to voters within one week of the date of publication for review and correction of any errors, and a copy shall be submitted to the Dean's Office.
Professors have the right to appeal these lists within a maximum period of 24 hours after their announcement by the administration.
