Webinar on “The Skill of Managing Distractions”
Centre MINE organized a webinar entitled “The Skill of Managing Distractions,” presented by Ms. Noha Kamoun, a life coach.
The session aimed to help participants understand how distractions affect their productivity and well-being, and to provide them with practical tools to regain focus and clarity in their personal and professional lives.
Coach Kamoun began by presenting the different types of distractions that people face on a daily basis. She then introduced mind mapping, a visual technique that helps individuals organize their thoughts and tasks more efficiently, and emphasized the importance of setting smart goals and learning to focus on real priorities as a fundamental strategy for managing attention in an increasingly complex world.
The seminar also addressed deeper psychological aspects such as “excuse wheels” and patterns of self-sabotage, helping attendees identify the excuses and behaviors that often hinder their progress.
Coach Kamoun concluded her talk by highlighting the power of saying “no” when necessary to maintain balance and protect one's energy.
