Delegation from the Faculty of Science - Branch 3 on a cooperation visit to the UBSA
A delegation from the Faculty of Science – Branch 3 visited UBSA Pharma Industries in the North, with the aim of exploring ways of cooperation between the university and the factory, particularly in the areas of student training, organizing periodic scientific visits, and the possibility of implementing joint research projects.
The delegation included branch director, Dr. Ahmad Allouch, and a number of academic department heads and professors. They were received by the factory director, Mr. Zakaria Al-Sayed, and a group of administrative and technical officials.
The visit included a comprehensive field tour of the various departments of the factory, during which the delegation was briefed on the mechanisms of drug manufacturing, quality control, and research and development, in accordance with the standards adopted in the pharmaceutical industry.
This visit comes within the framework of the faculty's keenness to expand horizons of cooperation with the industrial sector and provide practical educational opportunities that contribute to the development of students' skills and their professional qualification.
