Specialized Master in Urbanism
The Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture provides quality education in all its specializations: applied arts, plastic arts, architecture, etc. The Faculty supports student artwork production in line with urban and cinematic developments and local and international plastic movements, and cooperates with several Arab and international institutions.
This specialized master's degree provides students with scientific, methodological, and technical expertise and foundations in the field of local, regional, and urban planning and development.
The professional part of the program includes theoretical courses, seminars, a graduation project, and a three-month full-time professional training period or its equivalent in part-time work.
The research part of the program includes theoretical courses and seminars, culminating in a research thesis prepared by the student and discussed before a scientific committee. Students are also required to follow the work of the department's research laboratory and attend the required conferences and seminars.

To be accepted into the Professional Master's Degree in Urban Planning, students should:
- Hold a master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, geography, social sciences, economics, or other fields directly related to urban sciences and professions.
- Pass a written entrance exam.
- Pass an oral interview.
To be accepted into the research master's program in urban planning, students should:
- Successfully complete the first year of a professional master's degree in “Urban Planning” or “Landscape and Site Design.”
- Submit a research project approved by the scientific committee at the beginning of the academic year.
- Pass a written entrance exam.
- Pass an oral interview.
