PhD in Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dental Medicine (FDM) at the Lebanese University (LU) in 2010.
Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontal Diseases from the University of Paris - Diderot in 1996.
Postgraduate Certificate in Oral Biology, Histology and Embryology from the University of Paris - Diderot in 1995.
Diploma of Dental Surgeon from the FMD in 1989.

Professional Career

Lecturer at the FDM in 1990.
Head of the Department of Periodontal Diseases at the FDM, between 2013 - 2015, and 2017 – 2020.
Coordinator of the Master of Science in Periodontal Sciences at FDM, between 2016 - 2017.
General Coordinator of Clinical Studies at the FDM, between 2004 - 2007.
Holder of the title of specialist in periodontal diseases and dental implants from the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
Secretary General of the Lebanese Society of Periodontology, between 1999 - 2001, and 2016 - 2018.
Supervisor of theses on dental surgery and gum diseases at the LU.
Professor, organizer and participant in a number of international meetings and conferences on dentistry, including the international conference of the FDM.
Author of a number of articles published in international scientific journals on periodontal diseases, dental surgery and implants, tissue grafting and radiographic aspects of sub-osseous lesions.
