  • BA in Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1981.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Institute of Social Sciences – Branch 4 in 1992.
  • Promoted to the rank of professor in 2004.
  • Lecturer in the Ministry of Education & Higher Education between 1973-1994.
  • Author of collection of writings and research papers, including Marxism in Critical Research; Arab Renaissance Thought – Structural Breakdown; The Clan: The Local Community State; Social Research: Some Theoretical and Field Problems.

 

Passed away on 4 September 2025.
