Scientific Qualifications

  • PhD in Education Sciences - Educational Administration from the Lebanese University and the Lumière University Lyon 2, France in 2002;
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Education Sciences - Educational Administration from the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Lebanese University in 1996;
  • Bachelor in Education Sciences – General Education from the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Lebanese University in 1994.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Lebanese University in 2002 and promoted to the rank of Professor in 2016;
  • Assigned the duties of Deanship of the Faculty of Pedagogy on 8 July 2020;
  • Assumed many tasks and responsibilities in the Faculty of Pedagogy;
  • Director of the Journal of Educational Research issued by the Faculty of Pedagogy;
  • Supervisor and rapporteur of PhD dissertation in the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences and in private universities;
  • Supervisor of master thesis in Educational Administration at Faculty of Pedagogy;
  • Member of various scientific committees in the Faculty of Pedagogy assuming the task of rapporteur or coordinator;
  • Participated in all courses organized by the Faculty of Pedagogy to prepare teachers, professors, and principals in public schools and secondary schools as a trainer and as a trainer of trainers;
  • Former lecturer at the Educational Technical Institute of the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education and participated in the written and oral examination committees in the official examinations for this education for several years;
  • He worked at the Educational Center for Research and Development (sorting and analyzing statistical data);
  • He participated in leadership development training courses for public school and secondary school principals organized by “Arab Experts in Engineering and Management (Team International) in cooperation with Collège Boréal and the University of Calgary in Canada, and the courses that took place within the framework of the “My Study Project” funded by the USAID;
  • Member of the Scientific Association of Education Faculties and Institutes in Arab Universities;
  • Author of a collection of books and publications, including two books on the educational administration in Lebanon.
