Scientific Qualifications

  • PhD in Business/Health Administration and Management & Health Economics from the University of Banking and Financial Sciences in Jordan in 2011;
  • Master in Public Health/Health Services & Hospital Administration from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 1995;
  • BS in Environmental Health from the American University of Beirut (AUB) 1992;
  • Bachelor in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 1988.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration at the Lebanese University in 2001 and in a number of branches of the Faculty of Public Health since 2013;
  • Lecturer of health economics, strategic management and marketing strategies at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the Lebanese University between 2016-2017;
  • Director of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Branch 6) between 2014-2021;
  • Former lecturer at the Lebanese Canadian University, Institute of Applied and Economic Sciences (CNAM Baalbek), Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon (AUL), Modern University for Business and Science (MUBS) and the Fouad Shehab Command and Staff College (CSC);
  • Member of the Research Business Incubation Group (ESINC);
  • Head of the Research Group "Data Analysis and GIS for Impact Economics and Business (DAGIEB) Team" at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Branch 6) in 2021;
