Master in Nutrition Sciences from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 2009;
Bachelor in Nutritional Sciences from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 2007.

Professional Career

Lecturer at the Faculty of Public Health of the Lebanese University in 2013 and holder of the rank of professor in 2019;
Coordinator of the Master in Clinical Nutrition & Public Health and Head of the Nutrition & Dietetics Department at the Faculty of Public Health (Branch 1) at the Lebanese University;
Member of the National Scientific Committee for Food Safety of the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon since 2021;
Consultant specialized in nutrition projects with the World Health Organization - Eastern Mediterranean Region (WHO-EMRO) since 2020;
Member of a number of international projects and initiatives concerned with monitoring women's health, diets and Covid-19 repercussions since 2020;
Expert in studying food composition table / first food composition in the Middle East in cooperation with WHO between 2018-2019;
Coordinator and Research Assistant at IOF between 2009-2013;
Coordinator with Saint Joseph University of Beirut and UNIDO - ESCWA regarding Hazard Analysis & Control Points (HACCP) and ISO between 2007-2008;
Founder and Director of the Public Health Nutrition program-Lebanon (PHENOL);
