- Lecturer at the Faculty of Pedagogy in 1994.
- Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy between 2014-2020.

- Coordinator of the Master of Educational Administration at the Faculty of Pedagogy between 2009-2010.
- Member of a number of committees of the Faculty of Pedagogy between 1997-2013.
- Member of the Scientific Council at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences between 2012-2015.
- Coordinator of the "Strategic Development" Committee at the Lebanese University between 2013-2014.

- Author of dozens of published research papers on education in Lebanon, women and education, sustainable development and social justice, and the economics of education in the creative economy.
Passed away in December 2021.
